四(si)、鋼體(ti)滑觸線(xian)的連接 滑(hua)觸線(xian)的連接如下圖(tu)所示(shi):

5、滑(hua)觸線(xian)路的電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)問題 過(guo)去設計滑觸線(xian)路時(shi),采(cai)用zui大(da)電(dian)流(liu)來(lai)檢驗電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)。即(ji)從低(di)壓屏上(shang)的饋(kui)電(dian)形狀(zhuang)到(dao)滑(hua)觸線(xian)取(qu)末端(duan),包(bao)括供電(dian)電(dian)纜(lan)在(zai)內的電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)12%,也就(jiu)是滑觸線(xian)和(he)供電(dian)線(xian)路當作壹(yi)個整體來考(kao)慮,在(zai)滿足(zu)電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)的要(yao)求下,務(wu)使(shi)投(tou)資(zi)zui少(shao)。隨著近(jin)年來(lai)引(yin)進(jin)工(gong)程增多,綜合國(guo)外資料(liao),國(guo)外壹(yi)般(ban)都(dou)以(yi)負荷(he)計算電(dian)流(liu)來(lai)檢驗電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang),包(bao)括供電(dian)線(xian)路在(zai)內到(dao)滑(hua)觸線(xian)zui末(mo)的電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)值(zhi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)5%。 電(dian)壓(ya)計算公(gong)式(shi): △u=√ 3 × I×I×Z 或(huo)△u=√ 3 × I×I×(RCOSρ+XSinΨ) 式中(zhong):△u=電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)(V), I=負荷(he)計算電(dian)流(liu)(V), R=電(dian)阻(Ω/km) X=電(dian)感(gan)(Ω/km), Z=阻抗(kang)(Ω/km), L=滑觸線(xian)諸(zhu)長度(m) 滑(hua)觸線(xian)計算長度方式(shi):為滑(hua)觸線(xian)全長(m) 在(zai)滑觸線(xian)端(duan)部(bu)供(gong)電(dian)時(shi):I=L 在(zai)滑觸線(xian)中(zhong)部(bu)供(gong)電(dian)時(shi):I=L/2 在(zai)滑觸線(xian)兩端(duan)部(bu)同(tong)時(shi)供(gong)電(dian)時(shi):I=L/4 在(zai)滑觸線(xian)兩端(duan)端(duan)部(bu)距(ju)L/6處(chu)供(gong)電(dian)時(shi):I=L/6 七(qi)、低(di)阻抗(kang)滑觸線(xian) 近(jin)代(dai)工(gong)業中(zhong),起重(zhong)機(ji)噸(dun)位日(ri)益增大(da),運行(xing)距(ju)離(li)也(ye)愈來愈長,如何(he)處(chu)理滑(hua)觸線(xian)上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)允許值(zhi)問題,需(xu)要設計過(guo)程中(zhong)妥(tuo)善(shan)解決(jue)。過(guo)去解決(jue)電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)的方法,不(bu)外乎(hu)采(cai)用:加大(da)滑觸線(xian)和(he)供電(dian)線(xian)路的截面;增(zeng)加滑(hua)觸線(xian)上(shang)的供(gong)電(dian)點(dian)數;縮(suo)小三(san)根(gen)滑(hua)觸線(xian)之(zhi)間的相間(jian)距(ju)離(li)等等,但這(zhe)些(xie)措施往(wang)往(wang)收(shou)效甚微(wei)或(huo)很不(bu)經(jing)濟,這(zhe)是因為滑觸線(xian)路中(zhong)的電(dian)抗(kang)值(zhi)難(nan)以(yi)降低(di),所以(yi)首(shou)先要(yao)解決(jue)如何(he)減少滑觸線(xian)路上(shang)的電(dian)抗(kang)值(zhi)著(zhe)手。本廠同(tong)有關(guan)設計單位(wei)壹(yi)起,研(yan)究國(guo)外資料(liao),在(zai)剛(gang)體(ti)滑(hua)觸線(xian)上(shang)的基(ji)礎上(shang),添加(jia)兩根(gen)輔(fu)助(zhu)電(dian)纜(lan),組成低(di)阻抗(kang)滑觸線(xian)後(hou),可(ke)使(shi)線(xian)路阻抗(kang)值成倍地(di)降低(di)(根(gen)據(ju)不同(tong)規格的剛(gang)體(ti)添(tian)加不同截面的電(dian)纜(lan)後,其阻抗(kang)值可(ke)以(yi)降低(di)到(dao)原(yuan)來(lai)的1/2-1/3)下面為低(di)阻抗(kang)滑觸線(xian)的簡(jian)要配(pei)置圖(tu):
